Smelly House

There was an accident this morning at my house. I dropped and broke a bottle of Jovan. (The politician tells me I broke an antique.) My whole house smells like a teenage boy hoping to get lucky at the prom. I have the windows open, but the smell will not leave. Any recommendation are welcome. I do not think my house will ever smell the same again. I am considering peeing on the floor to remark my territory.

Two weeks, every friend that I spoke to had terrible news to share. I felt lucky because the politican and I were fine. I guess we are getting ours now. Though, we are still just fine.

The CCAA updated its site on Monday. They moved to 12/8/07. That puts exactly 14 weeks between our date and the currently placment date. At this rate, we will be waiting at least another 14 months for our assignment, most likely longer. Still, we are fine so I can't complain. The politican is going to a meeting tonight at our agency. Hopefully, we will learn more.

The politican lost the race. That is not so bad, but the fact that Democrats as whole did so very, very badly is very crushing. There was a lot of dirty tricks that were played. I hate that!!!! It is against everything that I stand for and believe in. Why can't people play fair? I really can't get my head around it.

Another month, another 4 days of advancement. There are now just 16 weeks between our officially assigned date and the current placement date. The CCAA had been advancing 7 days for every month, but this time it was less. We could easily be waiting another 18 months for a placement. That is how long we have waited already. So much for the 6 months we were originally told. It is very discouraging, but we can't change it. All we can do is wait... and know that everything will work out the way it is supposed to.
